Not only allergy suffers, but some road/plane warriors I know as well. Even with their travel barely slowing down from the pandemic, they haven’t been sick anywhere near what they were pre pandemic, it’s crazy what handwashing/sanitizing and wearing a mask does for cutting down on sickness.

If the system was air gaped, it wouldn’t have been an issue.

It’s often not the IT department that is the issue, it’s often the CEOs and board rooms that don’t want to invest in security because any increase in costs lowers their bonus.

I like that idea, but you will need a min and max down-force and have it applied at all speeds expected at the track plus an additional 5 mph at they are attending.

US Coast Guard has stopped vessel traffic on the Mississippi River

I was thinking the same thing, the I-55 bridge looks like it is old as dirt and won’t like that increased volume/weight.

Joe should be on AF1 now flying to the bridge, to use it as a backdrop for the infrastructure plan.

I’m in Southern MD and filled uptoday, there wasn’t many people around. I can’t remember the last time I filled up my car since I telework and the kids are still virtual, my average trip length is 5 miles to the grocery store.  I figured if it goes on for another 2 months, I might need to take the bicycle to the

It’s called noise pollution for a reason. Keep your noise on your side of the fence.

Your either have hearing damage or the surroundings are to loud to hear them. Try coming out the the country side where you can hear the whirl of a Tesla coasting between the genial sounds of the waves crashing against the sea wall and the chirp of the crickets. Heck the sounds of the brake pads tap against the rotors

But they aren’t, at least above 15 mph, the tires make enough noise along with the wind.

Even at parking lot speeds, electric cars make enough noise, if everything else wasn’t so loud. So the better way would be to regulate the other noises, not require additional added noise.

Here’s a crazy idea, how about silent. All of those crazy noises are just stupidly annoying. If I wanted a big rowdy v8 then I would get a rowdy v8. I’m getting an electric because I want it to be quiet enough to hear exactly what each tire is doing, thus allowing quicker lap times.

I would like to see how a plug in hybrid does and how much 120V power it can provide. I could see it winning over the tradesmen segment if they no longer need to lug around an extra generator. Same with the Class B or small Class C RVs if the hybrid can forgo an additional generator and use the factory dash and rear AC

TBH, I’m surprised that every hybrid sold isn’t a plug in. It would be simple for the GPS to identify that the car is coming home and target for depleting the battery at the normal charge point.

It would be nice if the 2 series got together and came up with a package that would let some crossovers happen. It would be nice to see the each series run on the others courses.

Yea, that doesn’t happen anymore. You buy a cheap used appliance when you need transportation, then move up to a new appliance when you can afford it. Hopefully my next appliance will drive me to work, but now that I’m working from home and my appliance is just sitting there, why get a new one?

I never understood why a Ford didn’t put the 5.0 under the hood.

For the Ford chassis, there should be mounting points for a generator down on the frame and enough space to put the batteries under the box as well.

I wounder how the system reacts to a cardboard cut out in the drivers seat?

He needs to pick 10 Republican senators and come up with bill that outright buys their vote and have them vote in line with the Democrats. Every politician has their price, he just needs to figure out what it is and how he can fit it in with a Ds agenda.
