At this point it feels like there’s enough material to make a movie about the struggle to make the Community movie.

I have a hearty 3D blu-ray collection and I’m just praying nothing happens to my 3D TV.

honestly, for the right kind of (mediocre) movie, i would 100% recommend D-Box over traditional cinemas. 

3D is here to stay no matter what. And a lot of people around the world prefer 3D over 2D. People were disappointed that Across the Spider-Verse was not released in 3D and that speaks a lot.

I traveled miles and hours at the last minute to see 1953's Inferno at the Museum of the Moving Image where it was well received by a good sized crowd. Not too many 2D movies I would do for that.

As long as Microsoft handles the Xbox more like a PC extension and less like an actual console I don’t see the point in getting one. Why spend money on the console when 70-80% of the games are going to come out on PC as well?

Even most midgrade TVs are better than theater grade projectors these days, and there’s not a ton of difference in sound quality between theater setups and a halfway decent home setup either.
