I can kinda understand autonomous braking. But I agree that the other stuff is bullshit. If you need your car to tell you that you're not in your lane you shouldn't be driving. And as for the pedestrian safety crap, it's going to hurt getting hit by a car no matter how the front end is designed. 

It takes a Bugatti Veyron 10 seconds to stop from 250 MPH. It also covers a third of a mile while doing so.

That looks like 110 KM/H to me. Every time I watch this movie I notice that. I could just be looking at it wrong but I don't think I am. The big numbers only indicate about 70 MPH. Am I wrong?

I test drove a Focus RS just today. This is not something I can afford (but the salesperson didn’t need to know that). But it makes me genuinely sad that I’ll never be able to buy one of these things brand new.
