IMO a publisher can DRM their games to death while charging $100 a pop. Can we complain about it? Sure. Does it make piracy less wrong? No.
I'm currently in Hong Kong and I just visited a few local video game shops. I'm astonished at how cheap PS3 games are compared with the USD60 I'm used to paying. Official new releases (i.e. not imported Japanese versions) often dips below USD40 and it includes current games like Crysis 2 and Homefront and Need For…
I actually yawned when I started flipping through the pics.

And today is International Women's Day! Equality at last.
I agree. The "pass on some of the saving to the gamers" part is sadly lacking. On top of that, most physical stores sweetens a new release with sale, bonus exclusive in game items...etc.
I did not know it's $50. gamestop.com sells it for $60 and amazon has it for $60....double-checking....$70??

Also, more cheaters, more complainers, more negetivity. I stopped buying since MW2 because the single player mode is just too damn…
I couldn't have said it better myself. Well, you pretty much covered all the bases besides "my friend borrowed it and never gave it back". =)
@KingKellogg the Waffle Haggler: I use my cable box's USB service port.
No. I'm sick of multi-player FPS and I'm not willing to pay $60 for a 5 hour campaign.
Correct. I popped KZ into my Xbox and nothing happened.
For god's sake just make it an immediate price drop.
I wonder how long is the single player campaign. FPS story mode seems to get shorter and shorter. 5 hours seems like the norm, which sucks.
In the early 90's a lot of Asians have a LD player at home for one reason - karaoke. LD is the first consumer format that is easy to skip to desired tracks. It also has two audio tracks to switch between voice + music and music only.
