And drink yo' milk!

It's spelt "denis"

The half-plus-seven rule works well, because it shifts with you, whilst also broadening as your own horizons do.

I got some funny looks arguing with one of those machines: "unexpected item in the bagging area?! How? There's a bag. That was there before I arrived. And now there's an item in the area that I scanned, so you know it's in the bagging area!"

This is amazing. I, too, am a dork.

I spent a short-but-prolific time sleeping around at university. I usually felt terrible (for both myself and the girls) afterwards.

Mrs periscopes' previous inamorato to me was 36 and she was 18. With hindsight, she quickly realised how creepy he was. Granted, she is academically gifted so started university at 17, but he had kids who were nearly in their teens.

In 95, our uni (Exeter) booking department scored a coup, and Blur was booked - at the height of its fame - for our summer ball. They were only supposed to play a short set, but got drunk and played a much longer set. It's still my favourite live performance ever.

It is, and apparently called "Dare" because Shaun Ryder can't actually say "There".

Lawn, etc.

Only sometimes.
