I think Robin Wright's blandness was deliberate (I hope so) - Buttercup was obviously a dreary personality in the book, too. Her sole characteristic was being beautiful.

My favourite is the (sadly now deceased) Mel Smith as the albino - the delivery of "Don't even think about…" is something I try to use as often as possible in my life.

I remember that Transformers episode. I badgered both my mum and my dad to buy me Warpath. I got two of the cheap toys (yay for divorced parents never communicating)

It was a beautiful season - often more bittersweet drama than comedy, but none the worse for that. There is a great cameo in the penultimate episode.

Good for you, and thanks for sharing happy news.

Liked, for sentiment, delivery, and the position that a giraffe is a mythical creature. Bravo.

Honestly, as an Englishman watching, I was astonished.

Losing a pet can be heartbreaking. Hope you get through it swiftly.

It finally went out in 2002 - granted, it had been limping in and out of print before that.

To be fair, all evil people are British - and vice versa.

"Under the Domme" would be a much more fun show.

"… the latest and most bitter pill is that he no longer wants me to write anything about my experiences—not because it might cause professional fallout if people knew about him dating a former pro domme (notwithstanding the fact that he was a client once), but because he doesn’t want me to think about the experiences

That is simply amazing.

I'd call it "This Ain't Lack of Name's Journal: a XXX Parody".
