Yes, the bulge is random.  The shape of it doesn’t match the other outline.  It’s a literally impossible forecast.  No one would have ever forecasted that model because it’s atmospherically and mathematically impossible.  He doesn’t realize how stupid this makes him look.

No, the problem is not that harassers are all gay.  The common thread is their insane zealotry.  The VP is just a religious nutjob.  Stop blaming all discrimination on the minorities who face it.

He brainwashed gay men into hating themselves, then he took their money, now he’s giving that money to Donald Trump, and he expects gay men to have sex with him.  He’s still evil!

Stop blaming gay people for their own harassment and discrimination.  The VP is straight, and yet straight people love to absolve themselves of everything.  It’s not funny (especially after the joke has been made ten million times).  It’s just lame and sick.

Even for people living in the south, it’s not really their “culture” either. Most bigots are not spending their evenings at the public library and studying up on history and genealogy. They are not collecting artifacts and visiting museums. They’re just dumb bigots.
