No, it’s not the same.  Some of these kids took the SAT alone in their own home.  Some of them didn’t even take the SAT, but said they did.  That’s very different!  I, for one, never knew that you could legally take the SAT by yourself wherever you want.  That was news to me.

The vast majority of college students did not lie on their SATs and such. You’re nixing valid applications from smart people and... accepting applications from less qualified people. In turn, you’re making the government worse than it already is. You should do some serious soul-searching.
