At the top, you're given a question ("Rhythm shockable?").
The two shockable rhythms are venticular fibrillation and ventricular tachicardia (VF/VT).
After two minutes of CPR, the flow chart asks again: is the rhythm shockable - that is, have you gone from asystole to VF/VT?
