it’s funny that websites like this (and say, pitchfork for example) used to exist as an alternative to this kind of write-up, because there were mainstream pop culture news sources that tracked this stuff, and you’d come here for the left-of-center, off-kilter, interesting stuff.

Yeah I didn’t even want them to bring Jamie back in s2 and now he is one of my favorite characters & I am looking forward to Roy training him more than anything else this season. If Roy believes he can be better than Zava it must be true.

Just the line “I wasn’t being ironic, I was being hypocritical” shows enormous intellectual and emotional growth.

The thing is, this show made me laugh more than I’ve laughed in a long time. For that alone, its first season gets an A.

I love the contrasting line reading of “You look so much like your mother” from the first episode to this one.

I’m not entirely sure they need to dress Rupert up like an Imperial officer from Star Wars. He’s the villain, we get it.
