Super Meat Boy would like a word with you!

I was willing to give this a shot based on the cast, hoping it might be better than season 1 (which was...fine...) but then Ken Jeong eats potpourri in the trailer, and if that’s a highlight you want to show off then, well, the actual product isn’t going to be any better. I’ll pass. 

This is such an American issue with *everything* that it almost feels like it’s part of the culture at this point. We have no reverence for “old” things, and would rather just wipe over everything with all the new stuff, and pretend like the old stuff never existed.

If I’m elected class president, all of the water fountains in school will be replaced with PRIME fountains!

If Amazon has taught us anything, it’s that cancelling Prime is nearly impossible, so I don’t expect this to go very far.

I don’t know if I can explain my disappointment with this game but I’ll give it a shot:

Ah, right on. Thought you in particular were waiting! Yeah they’re totally gonna let this die on the vine since I’m sure people have moved on. It’s not like masochistic Pokémon fans who will put up with GameFreak’s constant bullplop because they can’t shake themselves from the gameplay loop.

...is anyone actually waiting on a patch for this game? There’s like 7.9 trillion other games to play, why bother waiting on this one?

Honestly I would gladly pay for YouTube Premium (I had a free 6-month sub through something or other, and it was a great way to watch Taskmaster seasons and long-form videos)....

Yeah it’s like a parody of creepypasta more than anything. Don’t most of the tags even call it a “cursed” meme?

This show kicks so much ass. I honestly didn’t think I’d be so invested in the political dynamics and the characters as I was. And then, ya know, people get hatcheted a lot. And punched and kicked a lot. It’s so good.

Like I said, no point to a physical release if you need digital patches/downloads/updates to run it anyway. Think the days of Wii U where the games were “complete” on the disc are over. Hence why if a game gets a physical release well after all all updates/patches/DLC release, and the game is in a complete playable…

Digital first, patch it, release digital DLCs later, patch them, finish rollout, call the game done with, release a Game of the Year physical edition that never requires patches and includes all DLC, everyone happy.

Who gets news from Facebook? I get all of my news from Crazy Larry, the guy who lives on the street corner next to the AM/PM.

He also mentioned that since they’ve been doing deep sea excursions (I think he dated back to the 60's?) there have been zero fatalities — until now. That’s a pretty astounding track record, that this negligent “expedition” now undermines.

Training to go method is so method that it eventually loops back into just normal “acting”.

That never really went anywhere, did it? Literally every single hit on “Thomas Middleditch misconduct” is from March 22, 2021. So...I guess either this never got followed up on, or nobody really gave a shit?
