Like I said, no point to a physical release if you need digital patches/downloads/updates to run it anyway. Think the days of Wii U where the games were “complete” on the disc are over. Hence why if a game gets a physical release well after all all updates/patches/DLC release, and the game is in a complete playable

Digital first, patch it, release digital DLCs later, patch them, finish rollout, call the game done with, release a Game of the Year physical edition that never requires patches and includes all DLC, everyone happy.

Who gets news from Facebook? I get all of my news from Crazy Larry, the guy who lives on the street corner next to the AM/PM.

He also mentioned that since they’ve been doing deep sea excursions (I think he dated back to the 60's?) there have been zero fatalities — until now. That’s a pretty astounding track record, that this negligent “expedition” now undermines.

Training to go method is so method that it eventually loops back into just normal “acting”.

Counterpoint: I like his movies, and will continue to watch his movies until he inevitably kills himself making one.

That never really went anywhere, did it? Literally every single hit on “Thomas Middleditch misconduct” is from March 22, 2021. So...I guess either this never got followed up on, or nobody really gave a shit?

Yes, the reductive “Black Mirror says technology is bad!” argument ignores the fact that almost all of the episodes are not about how technology is bad, that rather it shines a (wait for it) mirror on ourselves and our deepest human impulses and flaws, and in many cases allows or even encourages us to be bad.

Wait wait wait...are you saying Louis CK may not have been totally on-the-mark about something relationship-related?!?

For the record: I’m not saying BioShock Infinite invented steampunk or anything. And while the genre has certain elements to it that will naturally occur in anything steampunk-inspired, when you look at this trailer, with its tinny music and voiceover about “the city” against a gold statue, followed by the world

“Someday, one of your friends is gonna get divorced, it’s gonna happen, and they’re gonna tell you. Don’t go, ‘ohhhh I’m sorry.’ That’s a stupid thing to say. First of all you’re making ‘em feel bad for being really happy, which isn’t fair. And second of all: divorce is always good news. I know that sounds weird, but

I mean you have to be pretty daft — almost willfully so — to not see the obvious similarities and inspirations between BioShock Infinite and this game. It’s not hiding it at all.

Does it have a taco shitting ice cream? If not, then I’m out.

You left out the part where they had a $2B deal fall through recently, which likely prompted this “belt-tightening”. Essentially, they spent money like crazy to inflate their value for a potential sale/investment, it didn’t work, and now since they fucked up they gotta lay off a bunch of people and close down studios

I liked the Fable trailer. It’s nice to see some levity in a AAA game.

Personally, so long as our own companies are stealing our data, then I have no problem with China stealing our data as well. I’d hate to condemn China for something we are also doing, because that would be hypocritical, and possibly racist.

I never saw Kingdom of the Crystal Skull -- should I? Do I need to in order to enjoy this one, or can I skip it?

Why are you promoting what he said? It’s one thing to say “Tucker launched his show and said some dumb stuff that needs not repeating”, as you could argue it’s “newsworthy” or whatever (debatable). But — to reprint what he said, and further promote his idiotic views...why? Was this a request from on high? Do you

They’re a parody account. Everything they say is a joke and should be treated as such!
