Ah, so the price of a new iPhone, got it.

Sucks on Chromecast too. Sluggish as all hell. It also keeps movies under “Keep Watching” if you happen to turn them off before the credits end, which is...annoying.
Ya know, I’m actually excited to see Mario now. Wasn’t stoked about Pratt’s casting (still iffy on it) but after seeing the trailers, it looks like a fun ode to Mario, so I might actually see it. Not a fan of Marvel movies myself.
The first bit of the film when they’re in the house with the two main actors (the whole premise of which the film is sold on) is honestly great. Pretty tense and interesting and you wanna see where it’s gonna go, and then...it just cuts. Grinds momentum to a halt to focus on a different storyline, which sure,…
Barbarian was a steaming pile of shit. I honestly have no idea how anyone could find anything remotely valuable in that film, let alone how it seems to be on so many “best of” lists.
I mean didn’t they shoot this whole thing on a green-screen soundstage? How do you even connect with that in your visual memory? It’s not like she can recall filming in Milan or something, so I don’t blame her for not remembering.
I defiantly think our language is evolving, but I could care less.
Why’s everyone so harsh on The War on Drugs? I think they’re actually pretty good live if the venue has good acoustics.
I will uninstall my ad blocker if you guys start putting which platforms these games are on next to their title.
Heh, swimmingly. Cuz of the water, I get it.
The first thing I ever saw Mikey Day in was a David Blaine parody where he kept repeating “What the eff David Blaine?” and “Stop putting things on our bodies, David Blaine!” That was back in 2007 so yeah that’s kinda his whole thing.
Careful! You’ll wake Xzibit from his slumber!!
Damn, so those gross commercials peddling antibacterial spray for all us germaphobes are not entirely exaggerated, huh?
His presence was pretty fun and I liked the sort of absurdist bordering on annoying comic energy he brought to the show (him and Noel obviously having a great time together), but this is a sweet show for softies and his whole vibe clashed with that a lot, so it’s probably best he mosey on.
Yeah...I’m just a wee bit nostalgic for the olden times, I guess.
“Hanukkah’s great and all, but it lacks the romanization of pagan rituals”
Yeah color me foolish for thinking that the deal would’ve given the guys a kick in the inspiration parts. I was kinda hoping they’d do less topical stuff, and maybe have some fun. Like the great solo Butters episode or Fun Time With Weapons and whatnot. A little bit of me even thought they might do something…
Dang, when Twitter dies, this is the stuff we’re going to miss, huh?
The phrase “pull the plug” is insensitive to people on machine-assisted living, you bigoted ableist. /s
They’ve done like 3-4 of them already, I think. Off the top of my head there was the two-parters South Park Post-COVID and South Park: The Streaming Wars. They just don’t feel like actual specials or anything, just extended episodes, so they’re not terribly noteworthy.
