It's a good card, but it's a misleading statement to say '4gb of VRAM' when it's 3.5 and another .5 of non-gaming ram for some other shit.

I'm legitimately upset that they didn't disclose the disparity and didn't offer a refund across all their distribution venues (EVGA was mine), nor did they offer an apology even.

Pretty much exactly. the last .5 gb is pretty much unusable and when you start trying to access it, the whole thing runs like shit.
