I thought this episode was delightful. For a lot of people - myself included - this year kinda sucked. I haven't laughed this much in some time, and it was very much appreciated.

Wasn't he there to try and untangle the thing that's keeping Amy & Rory stuck there?

The BBC should fire themselves for revealing the reveal in their press release. Thank goodness responsible fans on sites like this one said to stay away. I went back and read it after I watched the episode and it would have totally ruined it!
