There is no tarmac at an airport, it’s either a ramp or an apron. The bus crashed into the plane on the apron.

There is no such thing as a ‘tarmac’ at an airport. The van wasn’t being pushed across the tarmac, it was being pushed across the ramp, or apron. You will almost never find tarmac at an airport.
