Yeah - I grew up playing with Optimus and crew. Was just disappointed in the quality of most that I've picked up for my under 7 yr old to play with...the plastic ball joint sockets are the worst.

They are so cheap these days though, aside from a few premium lines that you wouldn't feel comfortable with your kiddo mashing up.
