Ironic that Shazaam, being so lighthearted and fun overall, had one of the darker single scenes in the entire DCEU. Seriously that Board Room/ Sivana scene in Shazaam is DAAAAARK. It’s like how Spiderman 2 momentarily becomes an 80s style Raimi horror movie, except somehow even scarier.

Funny thing is that when he got ugly naked guys apartment, he was fired/permanently suspended from his job at the museum and dealing with divorce/support payments to TWO women. And in regards to his museum job, there was that one episode early on about how Phoebe, Rachel and Joey struggled financially while ross,

So stop it. We do not fuck the cars.”

Considering that Zack Snyder’s idea of a good Batman story is “I WANT BATMAN TO GET RAPED IN PRISON”, I’d say that a movie of his that is merely soulless, bland and milquetoast is a huge improvement for Zack Snyder.

The entire situation with Jirard just sucks. Its just so horrible, so depressing. And it just blows my mind that there are still people out there defending him, defending all of his lies, year after year.

Fuckin’ Pinkertons, hate every one of those bastards

It’s the bars fault - it was resisting arrest. And even more so it was refusing orders - the police ORDERED the building to move and it just refused to comply. It just disgusts me to see the disrespect that brick and mortar buildings have for the police.

While Sindri’s grief will and very much SHOULD be a part of the next GoW, I do hope that they find a different story angle than just pure revenge against Kratos and Atreus. Only because it Sindri’s story already parallels really nicely with Freya’s and Baldur, but I hope they explore his grief in a way that is

I haven’t watched the Oliver show yet, but IIRC hasn’t Elon openly admitted to being a ketamine addict? I know I shouldn’t be surprised at this point, but seriously - how the hell could any CEO of any company openly brag about that and NOT being immediately forced to enter rehab as a condition for keeping their job?

To be fair, this guy was apparently having some sort of medical emergency like diabetic shock. So I’d say that a 62 year old sick person, also likely frail, could definitely be described as elderly. Currently 62 year old George Clooney? Not so much.

Yeah, I mean I have to lick every new switch cartridge I get just to see how gross it tastes... so I am in NO position to judge steam deck owners.

My vote in Baldurs Gate 3 goes for Astarion. His story is just so fucking multilayered and moving as it goes on. I'm not the kind of person who gets emotional about fictional stories, but Astarion talking about his trauma hits so hard.

“But Dutch, I don’t think we should be joking about this guy in public. I just don't think it's nice

Jessie definitely would’ve been the kind of person to say that, but I suppose that won't be happening either way.

Yeah I mean from what I remember, the vast majority of the James Cameron ego feeding was only in the first 25% or so, so it’s not too bad overall.

I highly recommend that people watch the documentary about him going down the mariana trench. It’s incredible. To be clear, it’s practically filled with propaganda about how amazing Cameron is... But if you can look past that, it’s just mesmerizing.

Every day when I was in college, I had an evening 5pm evening class that would usually have me drive a route where they setting sun would glare right into me. It was absolutely paralyzing for a good 10-15 seconds, and I would have to take a different street to avoid it.

Sorry to hear that you’ve had your struggles in life, but glad to see that you’re doing better!

Real life Joe loves his Corvettes. But Diamond Joe always found time to wash his bitchin’ Trans Am on the White House driveway.
