I was thinking performance wise with Pi 3 (N64/PS1 type emulations), plus I would pay the extra for the just to have Bluetooth 4.1 for wireless controllers. And with the WiFI capabilities, you can just download new games whenever you want (in the 4G LTE cars)

Even better: Raspberry Pi 3 has a HDMI output, which means you just have to install RetroPi and plug it up. You now have NES, SNES, Gameboy, N64, PS1, (pretty much every console up to 2001) in a cute, little $35 console. ExciteBike time!
