It's not like they were addicts—they made a decision, just like she did. Whether a decision is made out of necessity or not thinking isn't the only point here. I can imagine her situation because I didn't grow up wealthy either, but I think the choice was a poor one based on what can happen. I wouldn't arrest her

Agreed. If something happened to the kid—like she was hit by a car or went with someone to get lunch, people would be less forgiving of the mom. You can feel sorry for the mom's situation, but that doesn't mean it's ok to leave a 9-yr-old alone where she has no one nearby.

When I was 10 my parents liked to gamble and they left me on a popular boardwalk while they played in a casino... and I got molested while in an arcade. So things happen. Parents can't know everything, but smarter decisions help.

People don't know you climate-controlled the car. I'd say don't do it unless you are running to pay for your gas or something quick like that.

It seems so freaking ridic! Bad producers at work.

On the one hand he's right, but the truth is DM is not big on fact-checking or even proofing their own writers, so.... On the other hand, this is one of those times Clooney gets so worked up about something that he heads into Alec Baldwin territory. I can hear him ranting about this, like he did about the stupid

I think she did it now because it was only in the last couple of weeks that the grandfather- being-gay fact came out (no pun intended), so they may have approached her.

You have to be careful about stocking up on dairy though because one blackout and lose a bunch of $. Meanwhile, how do people feel about bottom freezers? I've never head one, but I think I'd like one.

Magnolia Bakery now has ice cream sandwiches (red velvet, brownie, blondie, etc.). I can get behind any trend with ice cream involved.

Duh, this is Jezebel and you're talking about JLaw and a boob. That story is going to have it's own full article.

Wha? I didn't hear that. That would be too nuts, if true.

I totally agree. I was just pointing out that it's very complicated emotionally. I personally would have no problem loving another person's child as my own, but there's more to it than that—although, I agree, I could never back down on a baby or a child of any age. In any case, we don't know for sure that she wants

At first when I read about that (assuming it's true), I felt the same way, but after thinking about it I can understand to a point. It's supposedly his sperm and another woman's egg, so she might not feel as connected, which would still be sad. But supposedly he's the one that really wanted the baby and it kind of

I am home sick from work today and saw this. Jenny McCarthy is clearly lying that she's leaving on her own—her body language, for one: the way she finishes her sentence and hits the table with her cards, etc. Plus, she made a weird, loud comment later in the show about how she has to sit there awkwardly for another

Garth Brooks? Although they are right about a hint of Joe the Plumber.

I just saw Snowpiercer on Thursday and I kind of thought it was all over the place. It is visually great and Tilda is great (so is Chris Evans and I never really thought of him before.) In any case, yes, I guess it's still worth watching.

By "hate to be this person," you must mean someone who is informed/cares about facts.

That's a fake ug-shot

Miley's endless need for attention is sooooo damn exhausting. But her dogs are sweet.

I would take out Star and Elizabeth and add back in Rosie, if she can be a little less controlling/overbearing. They do need a good/smart conservative though. And it sounds like they'll be adding a man or two.
