Some folks mentioned below that the "surprise" for Ramsay in next week's trailer has to be Rickon. But… what if it's Alys Karstark? I can't imagine any reason for them to do that plotline now, but it's what came to mind immediately when I saw Lord Karstark in the "Previously On…".
