2000 Chevrolet Blazer LT. Brake lights kept going out, turns out the signal stalk that controls it all can't handle the power of the bulbs, so it was constantly shorting out. Talked to chevrolet, because it turns out there is a recall for the exact thing, but since we bought the car used, it had already been done, so

Never really been a fan of the new Camero, but I haven't hated it either. I just hope they've done something about those shitty looking tail lamps.

There's this place in Reno called Need 2 Speed. Stupid name, but these things are basically entry-level racing karts with electronic motors. It's a pretty technical track, and it's a time attack, so you're not aloud to bump anyone. It's a semi-serious thing, and pretty addicting.

It certainly opened my eyes. Now I feel I need to drive an actual electric car, just to see how it compares to an ICE.

not even on the same page, but I recently got invited to this new(ish) indoor go-kart track with electric karts. Being the crummugeon I am, I "can't see how this can be more fun than gas powered karts"

Hahahaha, should be a testament to the Miata. I HAVE driven the manual, and it's far supirior, but if I can still have fun with the slushbox, that's saying something.

This is awesome. I have yet to own a Miata, but I have driven a few. Even the auto is fun! I'm also struggling to think of a car that's stuck to it's principles for this many generations... They could have made it heavier and put more power down to compensate like every other company, I'm really glad they didn't. Yay

My Ferrari knowledge is (apparently) quite limited. Thank you!

I haven't heard of this... That is absolutely gorgeous. Never thought I'd like a car more with OUT pop-up headlamps. This has my vote, especially with your loophole through the rules

Ugh. I used to be in a band where the vocalist did that (out of his 93 Blazer, ironically) I can't imagine what would happen if he were to crash...

That being said, a 92 Blazer with a manual would be awesome.

I drive around my city at least 35k miles a year (I'm a locksmith) and seeing this isn't as surprising or worrying as how MUCH you see it. My best friend JUST learned to drive a stick on a 95 Civic, and up until then had only been driving her 92 Blazer (with 375k miles!) with her left leg crossed under her right while

Not comparing as much as noticing the difference in cultures. I hadn't known anything other than Subaru until I got the Taco. And I'm not saying ALL Subie owners are like this (my parents have one!) but it's that 5% that seems to get under my skin...

The community is great IF you're a Subaru owner. As soon as I switched from my Forester to my Tacoma, I noticed how douchy they can be if you're not in their special little club anymore. Hate to say it, because I love Subaru, but the people who buy STi's now are kind of keeping me from wanting another... And I love my
