I believe that Hillary said afterwards she wished that she had confronted Trump, rather than ignoring him.  Hard to know what to do, or if it would have made a difference.

I don’t think Biden would put up with that, the issue is if Hillary reacted to it everyone would call her an “emotional woman” or some other dumb stereotype.
