It's helpful to look at a lot of his prior offences towards women in context, in order to truly understand the circumstance and intent behind each instance. Much of his actions are simply acting out on impulse when angered or threatened. He's not an intelligent man, and is imperfect in many ways, so his behaviour, as

Keep making noise and demand actual justice. That's all anyone can do.

The case really doesn't make any sense. There's no motive, no credible evidence and events and timelines just don't add up. I fail to see how, when you're supposed to look for guilt "beyond reasonable doubt", you can convict either person. It just doesn't make any sense.
