I do have an ad blocker, but who doesn’t? I would assume they’d simply embed the ads in the videos somehow so you’d have no choice. Seems like the advertisers maybe aren’t getting what they paid for - I’m not complaining though :)

I watch Doug’s videos often and never see any ads, except his plugs for his own Cars & Bids. How is this possible? Am I just somehow lucky to never get any advertising? I don’t pay YouTube anything either.

I can’t figure out how they make this kind of money, I rarely ever see an ad on YouTube, who’s giving them all the cash?!?

That accent (not the Brit narrator)! Is it just me or have so many strange, interesting American accents just disappeared over the past few decades? It’s fascinating to listen to all the contortions and tongue flips, moreso than that damn siren. Lots of towns had some type of siren long before the Cold War anyway, so…
