I prefer engine-acceleration when going downhill.
I prefer engine-acceleration when going downhill.
You mean like GM’s ignition switch? Toyota’s accelerator? Chrysler’s shifter?
To be honest, nobody knows how helicopters work. They’re an assortment of parts whirling at 10,000 rpm held together by blind luck and somehow defy gravity because of it.
Who told you that ring was a good idea?
The shift by wire is a nonstarter for me. Been driving Audis for years, always manual, and was preparing myself for eventually having to get a slushbox. Then I drove a 2017 loaner and that fucking thing is the worst. As much as I would love an Audi wagon now that I have a kid, I can’t do it.
Good to know a 50 mph crash is equivalent to driving off a 7 story building. Buckle up, kids.
Probably has a lot to do with the car falling nose first. Given an average of 3 meters per storey, a 7 storey building is about 21 meters, which will see the car accelerate to about 45mph. 43mph if you consider the base of the 7th floor and not the top of it. That’s nothing much to speak of in terms of a square impact…
Peppermint only? I’ll pass then. I want wintergreen or GTFO.
I would like to invest in your peppermint emitter.
To compensate, Musk decreed that the the steering “wheel” will be an obsidian triangle; speedometer will be replaced with a falcon screech loop and battery level indicator with varying intensity peppermint smell emitter.
Driver could’ve done better but in terms of FAULT for if there was an accident and insurance purposes the driver entering the lane is 100% at fault. When executing a lane change it is the responsibility of the person initiating the change to make sure it can be completed safely.
It just says “Coast Guard.” Doesn’t say who’s coast.
Hoo boy.
I hope our brave FIRST RESPONDER (ret.) was not injured while bravely defending our freedom!
Discharging a firearm in most cities is a much more serious crime than either of the things you mentioned.
Actually, discharging a firearm in a public road is a first-degree misdemeanor in Florida:
“Mashed the electric then tried to escape the blame by blaming the car?”
Can't unsee
It certainly isn't IMPOSSIBLE to have a collision that provokes an airbag to deploy while doing a "hand over hand" turn, but I can't imagine a scenario where one would simultaneously be doing that type of turn and have enough vehicle speed to deploy the airbag.
