The two things aren’t mutually exclusive, she handled the situation wrong, and the people that are overzealous about having her get fired were wrong too.  Regardless, no business with customers involved is ever going to be okay with her response to that critique.

The whole point though is that the items are randomized, so you have to adjust your ordering of the games based on the randomized items. This wouldn’t really work with a game that doesn’t have back tracking/items/puzzles.

I’m not even sure that’s arguable. Morrowind has a weirdness to it, that you have to search below the surface to find on Oblivion and Skyrim. It also feels much more like a simulation which is why it’s more breakable.

It has always been very playable though, and it is also broken in the sense that it is not balanced.
