While the pluckiness and self-aware nature of the S2000 is amusing to me, the real hero is the McLaren Senna owner who is ACTUALLY tracking his car instead of placing it inside their sealed garage with a more sophisticated HVAC system than most laboratories.
Were it up to me, I’d ban him. From every form of racing, forever.
Downright musical, indeed
I generally don’t care one bit for the Mustang generations from the Fox-body to the New Edge but I must say, a tastefully done New Edge isn’t a bad looking car.
It’s funny I didn’t even spot the Cobra bumper at first...because that’s just how the car should look.
This is just a wonderful post to read, top to bottom. Didn’t actually realize they were underrated like that.
I agree, a better look for sure.
HNNNNGGGGGG....
As the owner of an 04 GT, you’re doing God’s work keeping a New Edge alive. Such a hated on platform these days.
Screaming Yellow and Azure Blue are my favorite colors for the Mach 1. You have nice car to pass down to your kids. I plan on doing the same thing with my 2011 Mustang GT even though I have no kids as of right now.
That Cobra bumper transforms it. Me likey.

Most Toyota’s you could hold down the TC button for 10 seconds while stopped and it will turn everything off. I know in my Lexus NX, holding down the button until it’s all off will let me do 4 wheel drifty slides in the snow without one bit of interference.
In my old 3rd gen Rav4 it is more complicated, no button so…
There were a few, however considering this even coincided with Gridlife, most were busy being sideways on the track.
Obligatory:
David Tracy was excited by that yellow Mini based on appearance. Finding out it was rustproof fiberglass was a crushing disappointment.
