G-XXXX is the British tail number system. N-XXXXX in the USA. It’s a fair guess they requested that tail number but it’s like a custom license plate.

Awesome!

See, now I need to have my wife cut one of these in vinyl for me to put on the shift bezel of my 240SX. My automatic 240SX......

No mention of the airframe? It looks like a Nemesis NXT frame. A ultra high performance kit racer. They show up to Reno and run in the Super Sport class.

Well with that news I guess you all need to be ready for Jalopnik to feature:

I still remember the smell of my dad’s NA Miata when he had it. He bought it new in the late 90s and it ALWAYS had this unique smell. Like plastic and foam, but I’ve never smelled anything like it since. Do the new NDs still have that smell???

240SX Owners MUST have a stripped interior, and slide the car when there is even the most minor of rainfall. Its rare building a clean daily driver anymore.

Since everyone has covered the usual stuff…

Its Harrisburg PA. Part of the RED T in PA. Racial tensions are getting worse here and the bigots are getting bold. We have faced harassment in our neighborhood just because my Latina wife chooses to embrace her heritage and fly a Puerto Rican flag out front. This does not surprise me in the slightest.

Honestly I treat this as a myth normally but this winter I am attempting it with some Hankook Kinergy 4S2 tires on my 240SX. They have received the 3 Mountain Peaks and Snowflake (3MPSF) tag for severe snow service. As long as they get me through the initial 1-2hrs of snowfall during a PA storm (just long enough to

We also had guided bombs in development, using pigeons...

Let us all pray this technology works as well as the time the Russians strapped bombs to dogs for the same task.

So NYC sometime between the end of WWII and the fall of Twin Towers?

2003 Mach 1 was extended into 2004 and in higher numbers. This isn’t out of the ordinary for Ford. Without this behavior, I wouldn’t have a 2004 Mach 1.

I’ve met a few people with less than crystal clear imports in CA. Most are registered out of state.

I posted about it in the comments here. If you’re a long time reader you will recognize it as the “Ripoff From Hell” Project of the Week back in Aug 2018.

“Wife loves the car tooo much” is also the reason I wont sell my 240SX Vert. Its also the reason that the car stays automatic (She’s handicapped after a horrible skiing accident).

My wife was recently rear ended in her C-Max. It’s now got a TON of electrical gremlins. If they can’t fix them I expect insurance to total the car and we will use that as a down payment for a Maverick. My wife has ALWAYS dreamed of a pickup truck, a F350 King Ranch specifically, so a Maverick SHOULD suffice.

I am planning on holding on to the “Ripoff From Hell 240SX” that was featured here a few years ago. The entire family loves it, even if my currently 4yo son HATES driving with the top down (“Daddy, its too cold and windy” despite it being 70+ degrees most days). I’ve put too much sweat and money into this thing to

If one of the engineers walks out and acts like they can do your job, they are a fool. The guys and gals on the line are some of the smartest and most skilled people I meet. I’m a Process Engineer so I’m always on the line asking the workers for ideas to improve their lives. When engineers and line workers don’t talk,
