Silvias (and USDM 204SX) have that section PAINTED. That is not cladding. It is a metallic grey/brown paint.

Its Just roof panels though. I’m talking about the old school side valence in two tone. That Mustang for example, is the roof black, is it a chromatic glass roof, will anyone actually see it driving around? The only stuff you show that is more than a roof panel is a premium brand for the most part.

And what do all of these examples have in common? It is just a rood panel. Where is the old school rocker two-tone options? Where is the massive full panel color options like the above?

Sadly I dont have the extra funds for a repaint or vinyl. I’m currently working on a sub $100 transmission refresh and swap into the Demon Vert that was featured on here last year.

ANYTHING offered in a two-tone would be welcome, by any manufacturer. Todays monochromatic styling with horrid plastic grills needs to go away. No one wants an angry Nissan Versa and an Altima with a giant scowl isn’t fooling anyone. Lets get some fun colors back and mix in that two-tone joy.

You know the “Cosmic Filter” answer to the Fermi Paradox? Where something prevents most species from surviving long enough to have their presence detected by other civilizations?

Why did you have to ruin my happiness at this car and awesome livery by mentioning the IDx Nismo...

They aren’t real tough are they? I got hit by a Jeep Liberty that was punted by an out of control Yukon while sitting parked in stopped traffic. The Yukon had its nose destroyed, the Jeep had bad damage on the tail and a punched in bumper in the front. I had a crack in the bumper cover. When they went to repair it

Mine is currently parked in storage. I plan a repaint, an engine pull and rebuild, and repair of the worn interior. Then it goes to my kids.

Give me a moment to get my jaw off the floor. BTW depreciation happens fast too, Most are available under 12K at this point.

Drag strip was the only track within a reasonable distance for me, and I could race there once a week.

I’ve seen at least 2 guys crack the pumpkins in the IRS cobras at the track. One managed to do it in motion and spun it into a wall. No thanks...

That would have been an 03-04 Mach 1, $29,995 MSRP. Rated 305hp, made closer to 320hp and 330+tq. With a solid rear axle, 245 width Goodyear Gatorbacks (blech..) and a heavy ass cable clutch, its a hoonmobile. And SHAKER SCOOP!

Give me a 4.6L DOHC, a solid rear axle, and a cable clutch or give me death. That is the cheapest performance Mustang out there because I own it and its paid off.

No Cobras came Auto. If you want a 4V Mod motor and an auto you need a Mach 1. No IRS, but just means it’s even more tail happy.

British/Porsche style tonneau cover would probably be your only option really. Just ad snaps all the way around the passenger compartment and a nice sheet of waterproof leather or leatherette.

I found a friend who runs a 91-93 Nissan 240SX hatch as a rally car. This would be ideal to go chase him on the trails with for fun.

I bet your car wasn’t featured here as a ripoff from hell. Maybe if I had put in the extra hours I’d have a running car....

Worked a 40 hour a week corporate job....

Depends on the model. My S2 responds well to the standard “Come on you A$$hole”, “Godd@mn you” and of course the “ you Motherfu#*ing piece of S^it”.
