Well said. If we’re going to have democratized platforms like social media, YouTube, blogs, etc... then there are going to be people who say dumb shit on them. It’s just how it works. The difference here is that these streamers also act as adverts for these publishers’ videogames, down to the absolutely awful games. These companies pay big bucks to these streamers to play their games sometimes, so publishers stand to gain a lot more than they lose.
