I worked with her, too. We were friends- talking pretty often and hanging out when we were in the same town- but not best friends. I’m still obliterated.

My 14-year-old daughter was a big fan, and is really upset about this. We’re having some fairly deep conversations about gun control, misogyny and rape culture this morning, and it’s breaking my heart to watch as the reality of these issues becomes clear to her.

Can’t wait to not be able to take public transit and brave the busiest interchange in the south and not find parking to overpay to see one of the most dismal teams in MLB history while sitting next to a bunch of old money assholes with funny sounding voices.
