I don't think its BluRay for one reason - licensing fees. My guess? Slightly modified HD-DVD based format. Perfect to stem piracy (can you find an hd-dvd-r drive? media?) unless/until someone exploits the system software for usb loading...

Have you considered craig's list? both for searching for a job, and also to possibly post offering up any skills you may have for odd jobs? it may not be much, but it could net you a little income while keeping you busy (less time to dwell on NOT having a full time job).

THIS! I was mildly let down with Brutal Legend for this reason. The demo was rather fun to play, but the RTS curve-ball it threw me was just odd. Mostly bummed because this was a day 1 purchase for me after playing the demo (my thinking was something like this... "Jack Black? Tim Schafer? Metal?! SOLD!"

Thank goodness SDHC cards are getting cheaper by the day. Once the eShop and video record update(s) hit, im grabbing at least an 8gig SDHC for my 3DS.

Gears of War and Left 4 Dead are pretty much my benchmark for online co-op play. Besides, the Gears series has been fun thus far. It's like a summer movie - lots of action, nothing too heavy to think about, and a healthy dose of testosterone.
