Ugh, I don't know. Final Fantasy VI is supposed to be dark and gritty. Especially in Narshe. The new graphics look too colorful and cheery, which is definitely not what this game is about.

Still cheaper and more effective than the Gamecube broadband adapter!

Thanks Dreamcast for letting us play one of the greatest RPG's ever, Skies of Arcadia. Sega - I still want a sequel.

When two Bomb Birds love each other very much, and one of the becomes electrified, that one is an Electrified Bomb Bird. The other one really doesn't matter. You'll understand when you are older.

Wii Fit U is coming out soon. I don't think it's going to be a system seller, but it may give reason for people to dig out their balance boards again after years of collecting dust.

For great justice!

Winner! Hands down. Nothing else to see here. :)

You know, it sort of makes me nostalgic for the days of renting cartridges, or buying them used, and checking out other people's save files. I remember renting Super Mario RPG back in the day, and someone named JOEY had maxed out all the characters, something I will probably never do. I wondered who JOEY was, and

This was an exceptionally excellent round of Photoshops. Thanks all for the laughs, and looking forward to whatever happens tomorrow!

Day One edition cat.

THIS IS NEXT GEN.

And it'll still be out before The Winds of Winter.

There's some absolutely great stuff here. I always enjoy the longreads, so keep 'em coming. Thanks Kotaku for all you do!

I hear what you're saying, and I sort of feel the same way, and here's why. I feel like in the past, each console iteration of Mario felt like an evolution. While they were all great games, each new one innovated and brought us something new. World on the SNES pushed the envelope. Then 64 pushed it. Then

Because the Wii U is more heavily reliant on its features. For many, the graphical boost is enough to justify the purchase of a PS4 or X1. Since the Wii U isn't a huge graphical bump up, they're relying more on the system's unique features as a selling point. In order to get people interested in their system,

Awesome. Nice work!

Well, you've gone and set the bar pretty high, Owen. From now on, I want only watermelon babies, angry Sims, or Psyduck Kid judging these contests.

I would weep tears of joy if this happened. Please Sega...please just do it. I will buy like ten copies. PLEASE?!

Agreed. I want a Mana sequel we can all be proud of. Heck, I'd also love an English HD remaster of Seiken Densetsu 3. Can you imagine?
