She is in colorguard. They are the ones that do the flags and rifles during the marching bands performances and during winterguard season its just them performing on a tarp. So lots of movements and some choreography but lots of bruises from wayward rifles and flags lol.

She gets plenty of exercise every day. Their practices generally run about 3 hours a day after school in the parking lot for marching season and 3 hours a day after school in the gym for winterguard season.
