Christ almighty, it's one episode in. I thought it was OK, and laid a decent groundwork. I'll be interested in seeing where it goes. I swear the AV Club has a hardon for wanting new shows and movies to fail, and that bias permanently taints their reviews.
I rather enjoyed Tusk myself. Fun movie, a little reminiscent of 70s horror flicks, and Michael Parks was pretty awesome.
