I know this is 24 years ago, but my dad had an ‘80 911SC in bright blue with black interior, momo steering wheel and euro taillights that was immaculate. I don’t remember the mileage on it, somewhere in the 40k range, and he sold it for $18,000ish in 1992, only a few hundred bucks less than he bought it for four

I rode on the transmission hump in my dad’s ‘80 911 SC because I was the third child. My brother and sister got the “seats.” Wouldn’t change it for the world.

Does my Volvo XC90 count or because Scandinavian it’s automatically interesting?

I wish I had a picture of my friends. Metallic blue with white 10 spoke rims, lowered, etc.

And that’s how Camrys get their rear dents little Johnny.

Get that Yamaha engine in there with the 5 speed and you’re set.

Was that the Dynasty turbo? You know what I’m talking about. The sleeper of sleepers (not this one because paint job).

More like Toyota Lowlander....

My modern Boss 302 shakes pretty violently at idle when the track key is enabled. Soooo there’s that.

How about any car that’s sitting on showroom floors, gets purchased, then tossed into a museum or garage for its entire life only to be discovered 40 years from now with 50 miles on it.

I guess it’d be a good trick to watch for Halloween.

I’ve noticed these on track days. I was behind an M3 and kept wondering why a second set of brake lights came on after the initial brake zone. I put two and two together but that’s the only time I’ve seen them in person. And I agree, they’d be a great safety feature. Until they’re stuck on.

You’d think investors would know better. But that’s definitely eff you money at that point.

I agree. It’s not the same but the fact trucks cost that much is alarming to me. We ended up paying $61k for a fully loaded 2017 Inscription save for the air suspension. They sticker for close to $70k.

Three things: 1) Are you including ttt? That makes a difference. 2) My Boss 302 hasn’t depreciated too badly. It took a hit with the GT350 but outside of that, they’ve held very steady in the mid-low 30s. 3) Because I got my Volvo through a military promotion, I could sell it for much more than I paid for it, even

I’m asking the same thing. My wife and I just bought an XC90 that’s loaded save for the hybrid option (@$19,000 not worth it) and it was significantly less than this. I mean why?!

Boss 302 as well.

I think you forgot:
