I love the old “comeback” argument. Joe makes sense and you argue because you lack knowledge.

I think you are being too polite. I wish Southern States had an immigration policy that limited carpetbaggers.

As bad as this is, most real southerners would rather have the poop than the people who did the pooping.

I don’t understand..The headline should read

Love my old MBs, but this one is waaaaaaaaaay too precious to the seller. A ‘94-95 gas is a far better vehicle, and can be found in this condition for half the price.

That stretch has been messed up for the over 40 years I have driven it. At some point they should create a 20 mile x 20 mile x 1 mile wide concrete + at the 1-85 I-77 junction and be done with it.

I do the same thing, but but fill from the mui grande Costco bottle.

Thank you. After years in the concrete business I ran out of energy to correct people.

Came this close to buying one of those when we were expecting my now 28 year old. They had a $5000 rebate, making it less than $16k (If I remember right). Needed more space and bought a Passat instead. Not one of my better decisions.

I knew a guy in Atlanta many years ago who had a good sales job that was flex enough he could take off the afternoon most every week with a pocket of cash exactly when the Auto Trader came out (can’t remember if it was Wednesday or Thursday). He would try to be first to see the 911 or 912 Porsche or diesel Mercedes

Bought my 2002 new. It has 160k and saved a life or 2 with a few rashes to show for it. I find this old version ML all over the place, and am always looking for a 2005 one-owner to drive for the next 10 years. ML issues are annoying and it has a lot of plastic, but the vehicle’s fundamentals are outstanding. Safe,
