this was just such a great showcase for these two, as interviewer and interviewee - enrico comes across as warm and down-to-earth and will strikes just the right balance between an informed professional and an empathetic listener.
I know you were probably going for something like Stone Phillips on DATELINE but is it wrong that i read that in Leonard Nimoy's voice from IN SEARCH OF? because i used to love that cheesy shit when i was a kid…
…how did we get HERE, on a Dane Cook article?

don't sweat it man - i've been there and know what that downward spiral, negative feedback loop feels like.
you might be surprised… after i'd been sending out resumes for almost a year, i went through a period where my cover letters got more conversational and honest about how desperate i was starting to get, tired of working temp jobs. that round of mailings actually got a fair rate of response and i had a really good…
you're probably sick of well-meaning people giving advice because, jesus we've just got everything figured out, don't we? but here's another penny in the Deep Thoughts jar… maybe take some drone-y, pay the bills job (bartender, cashier, gas station, whatever) but then volunteer at that Museum of Moving Images to feed…

so, what - do you honestly think i'd be cool with that happening?! i'd tell her to sue their ass! (and also apply for a job at the newspaper she could've purchased with the settlement.)
maybe we should get a posse together and go over there with some puns and …OF COCK!!! to show them how it's done! who's with me?! YAAARGH!!!! AVC MOB!
you'll be surprised - i was. give it a look!

your comment implied i was lecturing women which i took pains to stress i wasn't doing - i was simply expressing my opinion that everyone should speak up, more often, about things they're concerned about instead of sitting back and waiting for someone else to say something.
i'm lecturing everyone.
its like clickbait made out of kale, ok? goodish for you but you still probably shouldn't eat the whole bag in one sitting.
