For the record, you not compare this to the MINI JCW Hardtop. The Cooper S is faster in ever regard, better on fuel, more space, better quality and more customizable. Just sayin. The Abarth is still a kick ass little car, though. MINI wins!

In my experience... State Troopers from Troop L in Litchfield, CT. It's a relatively wealthy town in a rural part of CT, and most of the newbie troopers get sent to Troop L out of the academy.
