I pre-ordered the Amazon microwave/air fryer combo.  It’s a little silly, but I’m excited.  To be honest, we already do oven wings instead of deep frying them, so I don’t think it will be a huge shock to the system for me.  I tend to get over-excited by trashy convenience food, so frozen appetizers are the main appeal.

Topo Chico has flavored bottles now. I am ruined. 

I don't know if its the association or a symptom of lactose intolerance, but ice cream doesn't even taste good to me. If there are enough flavorings, it's good, but vanilla ice cream tastes like sour cream to me.

I never understood “the dead spread” at funerals.  Who wants to eat so much when they’re depressed?  It takes as much energy as I can muster to stuff a string cheese down my throat, practically whole, once a day, and people are eating a funeral buffet?

If their advertising tagline isn’t “Take on me,” they’re incredibly short-sighted.

I never really hung out on Deadspin (aside from the Williams Sonoma lists) so must have missed the original reference. Ironically, I assumed it was a lot of sports content, so I may have missed a lot. 

 I'm glad I'm not the only one. I just spent way too long being an old man, trying to download and set up venmo, getting sent a QR code, setting up wireless printing, scanning said code, and I've never felt more like my dad in my life. (I also don't know what herb means, so the past week has been alienating).

I mean, the oatmeal stout ice cream is worth taking a Lactaid for. I'm local, but never realized they had a non dairy option.

Oh, I mean hop hash- when the processor finishes pelletizing hops, it's the powdery residue left behind in the machine. Its higher in lupulin content then the pellets. 

Oh boy... snorting lines of hop hash is going to be a thing soon, isn’t it. And here I was cursing 2019 as the worst possible year. I should never forget- it could always be worse.

Lactose intolerant cheese lover here- feeling lucky as heck that cheese has no effect on me.  Ice cream on a hot day, though?  Not a fun time.

My go to craft brand is $13.99/12 pack.  Very good pilsner, plenty good IPA, seasonals I enjoy, etc.  Floccboi bait is $17/4 pack, but there is some good beer for relatively little out there.

Eat a crudite (pronounced “crud- aight”) while drinking bud light?

I used to have a Delta 88 with a tape deck that would eat tapes.  So I velcro’ed a cassette Walkman under the radio and ran a tape adapter in.  Goofiest setup ever, but it served me well for years.

I love that place.  I always forget which I’ve tried when I’m at the Wall O Ramen, though, so I’ve repeated myself way too many times.

I’ve wanted to get my hands on that Morimoto ramen on the upper right. Maybe I'll order some.  I've been depressed af lately, some salty, effort free ramen might be in order. 

I think they pulled back a bit- mostly Minnesota now, but a few neighboring states.

The shop by my office (Caribou) does this- a drip only line that moves incredibly quickly.  Best. Thing. Ever.
