Isn’t Wingstop just Domino’s chicken wings?  I don’t think I’ve ever had them.  I haven’t had BW3's either, if I’m being honest... maybe I’m missing out?

I’ve had a grand total of 2 of these picks ever.  I guess I’m not a snack cake guy... I’ll abstain this week, but I do enjoy reading your justifications.

Hah, I’m in MN, ironically.  I just happen to have a squirrel oasis in my back yard.

I’m admittedly biased as someone who likes hops, but if the main roadblock is bitterness, a juicy IPA is not at all bitter.  All the hop haters usually talk about “turpentine soaked pine cones,” which is about as similar to a juicy IPA as a rabid koala.

Wait... is that sarcastic about the snifter?  Because I will fight you to defend my glassware snobbery.

I’m a hophead who hates funk, but Duchesse may be the most universal complex beer that everyone can agree is delicious. And Barleywine... I’d add that English style are less agressively hopped than American style. Or drink one with some age on it.

Its a dang shame. Such a classic. Harry Dean Stanton at his best is the least cool thing about that movie, and that’s saying a lot.

I’m not above a sandwich from there.  It’s terrible, so so are many things I eat.

It’s Subway.  Does the bread choice matter?  All the varieties taste like paper towels.

That’s going to my strategy next year.  The birdseed wasn’t enough to keep them away, apparently.

They’re eating them green, so a lot of them don’t even have the chance to ripen.  I might pull a couple early to see if I can get any of them to ripen in a bag.

My tomatoes are all gone to squirrels, it seems.  I’ve had two whole tomatoes so far this season.  A bunch are still green on the vine, so hopefully I’ll get a few more, but man, I feel like the crappiest gardener ever.

Worse than McDonalds? In college, I missed a few hours of studio time because of the McDonalds stink of poo tinged death lingering in there one afternoon.

I had been subjected to Sonic ads for years before they finally opened in my market. You can imagine my disappointment at how crappy that place is. 

I’m intrigued... I’m not familiar with that beer- is it more on the pine/citrus end of hoppy, or more tropical/fruity?

I mean, bad cherry pie is better than the best possible cake.

Oktoberfests are the PSL of my life. They seem to show up earlier and earlier each year, and I'm okay with that. They also go well with late summer/ early fall BBQ, especially when its hard to find a good porter in the shop. I haven't seen a good nut brown since Hale's years ago. I'm going to have to track this down. 

I tried to pick it up for a few years in the early nineties, but could never find anyone at my level to play with.  Chess club in school, friends, community nights, etc, and I literally have never won a game, not even come up with a draw, against another person.
