A&W is pretty sparse out here... the one closest to me doesn’t have a breakfast menu.

Maybe I owe the clown another shot someday. I go to McDonald’s so rarely because I have almost universally terrible luck at getting something decent there.
Not a chain, but a local place does a sandwich on an Everything bagel with sausage, jalapeno bacon, egg, and chipotle cream cheese. Definitely a superior sandwich.
I don’t think I’ve had McDonald’s breakfast in six or seven years... I remember their stuff always being damp and mushy, but that probably speaks to quality control more than how stuff is designed. I’m a fan of the Dunkin’ bacon croissants these days.
Sexy Pavement Lichen or Viagra Grass Clippings- what’s a better band name?
I probably have a bit of a bias against McDonald’s, but mediocre fast food bacon> mediocre fast food sausage, and steamed, untoasted, sad muffin < steamed, untoasted sad croissant, for me.
Underrated comment.
I don’t know what all they did, but apparently, it was strawberries that caused the gushing bottles.
I think the long standing official opinion of The Takeout is that McDonald’s sausage, egg and cheese McMuffin is the undisputed king of breakfast sandwiches. I think this is nuts, but hey, they have spoken.
I just can’t get into most pastry stouts. I understand the idea, but I want my beer to remind me of roasty, coffee, chocalatey flavors, not bang me over the head with them.
Repo Man will never fail to get a star out of me.
I don’t mean to crap on them, I like some of their beer, but their special release stouts sound disgusting to me, but still have lines around the block:
I recently saw a pretty respected, hyped brewery first announce they were cancelling a special release beer, then turn around and sell it with a “keep in your refrigerator so it won’t explode” warning. I was kind of amazed people were still paying about thirty bucks a bottle for the beer.
So much carne-age.
See also: those that are in the industry put up with some absolute BS. I am aware of a few women brewers/packaging operators/etc, and the stories they tell... yikes.
At least in these parts, they take two readings (once when someone’s pulled over, one more maybe half an hour later after bringing them back to the station). They use the lower reading. People do blow slightly over at first, then slightly under at the station and are free to go.
When I run vinegar, I let it get halfway through, then shut it off and let it sit for five minutes. That way, some of the solution sits in one spot, working on the deposits.
I genuinely love that commercial in the same way I guilty harbor an endearing affection to Panda’s Beijing beef.
Status: vindicated. My wife thinks I'm crazy for buying gallons of vinegar a month, partly to clean the coffee maker, Nespresso, and electric kettle, but I'm religious about that. I also soap and scrub every use. And use filtered water. I'm maybe a touch difficult to live with.
I’m in my forties now, so I can’t pretend to understand what your average early to mid 20s person is into, but if the Naturdays trend suggests anything, whatever crowd they attract will be 40% ironic bros, 20% people that will show up to any party, and the rest a mix of people who like the trend or are trying to…
