Awesome idea, but try using Camera Lens Blur instead of Gaussian Blur. The effect is more realistic.

I wonder what would happen if one were to procure a bag of the sauce and make real bbq ribs with it. Isn't it really all about the sauce at the heart of it? I know people who have sold off Starbucks Pumpkin Spice latte syrup on eBay, perhaps its worth a look. Ugh.
