Not all companies/positions pay a severance.

During the WotLK days, Dalaran was the hub. Landing in Dalaran via flight path put you on an open landing pad, and since Dalaran is a floating city, it's a long way down. People would often afk during the flight, so there was a lot of afk players sitting on the pad.

I've seen these Riis photos a hundred times, but never realized until now that he'd captured the first TruckNutz.

Trust me, black people don't run around shouting cracker from the rooftops. I do know some lovely country white folk who say it jokingly amongst themselves. That's their prerogative, I've never felt the need to call them that and if I did, I would understand why they would be upset. Plus, the word "cracker" refers to

Yes, but when a title runs out of available Vram, the driver/windows/whichever tells it to start swapping the overflow to main memory and the systems drive cache, I think thats what Sqarr is referring to, both of which, in a modern system should be enough to make the game playable, the latter more with a high end SSD

Well, this is VRAM, which is a little different, it helps a lot in higher resolution setups. Overall though, 3-4GB of VRAM is usually more than enough for a 1080p setup.

BBB, 3 B's. Half Life 3 confirmed.

Holy crapola.

thank you for your service.

That was a long read.

I was a music major for a year in college (couldn't hack it, changed majors), and I vaguely remember a story from Music History, which may be an urban legend. A Baroque composer wanted to do a thing for his patron, or a festival or something, so he wrote a little theme and sent it around to his composer buddies,

Is your problem reading or comprehension? Just curious.

One of the more spot-on pieces about this I've read. If anything good comes out of this case, it'll be some sort of deep institutional revision of the way we approach copyright law, hopefully before things get too out of control. The point of copyright protection should be to prevent blatant rip-offs and allow artists

Interesting you cite people doing Bob Dylan imitations...as Bob Dylan - who I love - has been using the riffs and styles of other musicians for years to write many of his songs.

These days, game assets are so demanding. I suspect that's why we barely see original story mods for modern games.
