88 is a cryptogram of HH created using the simplest cipher in the world. H is the 8th letter of the alphabet so HH becomes 88. It's literally baby's first cipher but they think they're being clever. The only difference is that the original nazis tried using big boy ciphers.

Right? I’m Brazilian, not an expert in history or neo-nazism, English is not my first language, and even then, when I first read about this game yesterday, I immediately saw the problem with the name, so it’s hard to believe that the people involved with this didn’t.

It’s not from WW2, it’s a modern day Nazi/skinhead usage. What you’re ignorant of isn’t history but current sociology. You don't need to be a racist to be aware of what the N word means, either.

1000% on the callout of the fucking cheapest, shittiest, hackiest impulses of these braindead dickbags making edgelord horror crap.

This is how it shows up in my captures and when I try to download/view the forbidden image. :/

I’m outside of this whole situation, but I have to say that at least maybe now, in the future, I won’t have to look at this meatbag’s horrible face anymore. Of all the things websites could post pictures of, I have had to look at this ugly bastard way too many times for my taste. 1 would have been too many.

Deleting it from your console as well is wild

There was no nudity in the photo, it just said the word “fuck” in the on screen text. I didn’t realize my screenshots and recordings were auto uploaded and made available to the public. Whether they review or not wont change anything.
The problem is; if they do review it they *will* find the issues.

You do have the power not to be a selfish gamer twat on this topic.

You do have the option not to make a fucking fool of yourself tho.

It’s kind of like asking when do you get your inheritance right after a parent dies. Your parent is dead so you can’t stop them being dead, and asking when do you get your inheritance really has no physical impact. But it’s just rude and selfish to ask. Especially because you’re not necessarily entitled to an

People’s lives are potentially being ruined by their personal info being shared online... But when do I get to play game?

Yay, draconian punishment in the 21st century. Yay, justice!

Not how hacking works at all but OK lmao. All hackers do is exploit known vulnerabilities in software or Social engineer poorly trained employees. This guy isn’t some super villain he’s a guy exploiting people and poor security. Does it deserve punishment, Absolutely. Does it deserve life in prison, even a hospital

He’s a hacker he isn’t a danger.

That is in no way a fitting punishment for the crime of “hacking” companies that should already have had better systems in place. Does he not have any family, is house arrest not an option?

Layoffs are are almost always a temp situation. They layoff 3-10% of their employees, taking out people with high salaries etc. To provide a small “win” before an investor meeting or fiscal end of year. Then in a few months they realize they actually need that staff to do the work and they hire new staff; either
