Konstantine maybe, but not Pryce. She’s been pretty strong most of the season and after her showing in Through Imperial Eyes Thrawn probably thought she could be trusted to not be stupid (for crying out loud she saw a mind trick coming). Kallus just took advantage of her getting stressed at just the right moment.

Plus the first Splatoon was a huge deal. So it makes sense to pay attention.

I personally feel it has a lot of mechanics that make it a lot of fun compared to some other FPS I’ve tried.
