Yep. I’d have been fine with Jordan playing Johnny Storm if they’d actually written the character as Johnny Storm—funny, friendly, the heart of the team, that kind of deal. Instead he just came across as Sue’s angry brother. Every single one of the characters felt In Name Only to me. I mean Doom was the worst but none

Thank you! I was looking for it but google kept not cooperating.

I first read it in middle school. Totally went over my head. Makes more sense as an adult.

I’m also finding it hard to find info on the scientists’ march which is supposed to be in April. That’s not good.

Thank you for at least having a constructive comment. I do feel too much of the time the left does no do work into fully planning something out.

    Oh for crying out loud.

Yep. I got my dad’s old 4 in college in 2012 (against my will but they paid the phone bill so) and only got an SE last Christmas because my parents were doing a deal that required getting multiple phones and were like “hey Tza, yours is old, we’re doing yours in this!” and I was like “okay, you pay the phone bill.”

HuffPo did an interesting article pointing out a major literary work in a lot of alt-right thought, The Camp of the Saints. It’s a super racist and anti-immigrant book. And a lot of dumb guys think it’s coming real right now, especially since the book had a pro-refugee pope from Latin America. It explains a lot, in a

Yeah my great aunt joined my aunt’s plan recently, saved them both money. I’m still on my parents’ because I use almost no minutes and data compared to them so it’s either they pay a few bucks or I pay a lot of bucks.

Yeah. Most apartments, even cheap ones, in my area came with a fridge. A cheap fridge, but it normally came with the place. People routinely bought microwaves off college kids for twenty bucks (that was how I got my college microwave and what I sold it for).

It reminds me of this Fox segment that was around when I was in college. Somehing like “ZOMG, 97% of “poor” people have refrigerators! 85% have microwaves! 70% have some sort of cell phone! 37% have dishwashers! how dare they call themselves poor!”

Quoth my father: The government has a bad habit of spending one hundred dollars to make sure it does not “waste” one dollar.

Yep. The school district next to my mom’s thinks it will have to close...and all the women she knows, including her, had no clue why until someone told them just yesterday. The word did not get out as well this time, sadly.

I was on the phone with my mom yesterday, apparently the school district next to hers is going to shut down for the day so many women won’t be there. On the other hand, she noted that was the first she’d even heard of it and so had no time to put in to take the day off and since she works with young special needs kids

Some people genuinely think like that for some reason. I’ve been called “brave” by multiple aquaintence for ordering milk at restaurants as an adult. It never occurred to me that I should even feel shame for wanting milk (I only drink that, apple juice, one kind of instant coffee, and water anyway) but they seem to

Yeah like the Javert dress. That’s not sexist at all, that was just a bad dress. Everyone’s worn something terrible in their life, but rich people tend to be the ones with the most widely distributed evidence of it. Hey, we hit Donnie too cause his suits don’t fit!

Wow. And here I went to a high school 45 minutes away voluntarily for an IB magnet program. And yeah, it was a majority black school. So Bratcher, stfu.

Usually once you get the BC changed conservative start harping about chromosomes.

I remember when MLP did a boot camp episode, a bunch of bronies in the military decided to do a special showing themselves reacting to it. One of the things they pointed out is almost NO media ever gets drill sergeants right. Which was demonstrated by having a brony drill sergeant do his routine at some points in the
