I cried so hard my beloved shepherd came to see if I was alright, which just made me cry harder. He was found chained up in a yard and sick from severe dehydration and neglect. Those monsters missed out on a great dog. 

I know. I can’t even think about the suffering those animals go through without becoming a sobby, slobbery mess. Fuck all those assholes. Honestly I get fighting mad about people who keep their dogs on chains outdoors even if they don't fight or otherwise abuse them. Neglect is abuse too.
