De Garde rules. Another great Oregon sour source is Block 15 Brewery and their bottleshop/farm-to-table side project Les Caves in Corvallis. Some amazing wild and sour stuff coming from there. I’m looking for details online on when their annual Farmhouse Weekis is coming up, but not finding anything right this second.

I’m another lurker, of like a decade or so, who’s actually commenting sometimes after the switch. It’s a bummer these weekly threads aren’t as vibrant as they used to be, but I think the community is slowing growing anew. It’s different, and that’s fine. It’s always been different.
